Emmanuel Ndubuisi Anene is a dedicated LGBTQI+ rights activist with over 17 years of experience supporting LGBTQI+ and other vulnerable groups and promoting equality and inclusion. His work centers on advancing dignity, social justice, and human rights across multiple sectors.
Founded ICTHARAE to amplify voices and create sustainable change through strategic advocacy, community engagement, and evidence-based solutions that empower LGBTQI+ and other vulnerable groups.
